Great family time away and great to relax in beautiful scenery. We have stayed in the same park a few times so knew what to expect. The local pub is a short walk away and the food is really nice. If you want to visit Aviemore you will need transport.

The lodge was situated in the most beautiful quaint little village. The site itself was very peaceful and clean. The lodge was lovely , equipped with everything you need, essentials and lovely extras like DVDs, coat hangers, hand soap, small towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our experience from start to finish and as we took a (big) dog as well she definitely approved of the caravan and we found all the surrounding trails and Forrest walks fantastic. The kids loved the small onsite park and although we didn't need to use it there is a laundrette on site too. Jamie (the lodge owner) was always quick to reply with any questions we had and made the whole experience so easy! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic value and lovely location. Beautiful location in Boat of Garten, which although it may not have the shops Aviemore does is infinitely quieter and prettier. The lodge looks out over fields with sheep grazing and I even saw a stoat hunting rabbits (which was amazing to see in real life).

Beautiful location, quiet and relaxed. The lodge is lovely, a homely feel which makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. We loved exploring the surrounding areas. Landmark adventure land which is just down the road was amazing, the kids loved it and plenty to do for adults too. Will definitely be returning to boat of garten, it's a beautiful place for relaxing but also plenty to do within a short distance.
